I am interested in languges, music, manga and movies. I speak English, French, Farsi, and I can understand some Spanish, and even less Japanese. I have an entry-level sub-reddit-tier home server setup with a few services that I run for myself, family and friends. I don't read too much manga anymore, but I still maintain my mangalist over on MAL. I've also got a Goodreads and a Letterboxd profile, but one asinine review website is embarrassment enough, so you can't see those. I'm trying to read more, along with writing my thoughts about what I read, watch and listen to, so some posts here may be reviews.

Mostly, my aim is to write articles about topics I find interesting or otherwise important, in a way that is comprehensive, relatively concise, but still coherent. This has proven to be a challenge for me, but that's why I'm doing it.

A long-standing goalpost for this blog is to attain some sort of reader feedback, either through a guestbook, or comments section(fedi-enabled?). Ideally, I would make it myself, but this is a long-term goal.

This site is built using Zoner, which has Disqus support built-in, but I'd rather make my own. It can't be that hard.
